Why convert images in bulk?
If you upload a whole photo shoot to a stock site, or plan a series of AI images in one style, converting pictures one by one takes a long time. Batch mode lets you drop in up to 10 images, use the same settings for all of them and get every prompt, title and keyword list in one go.
- Stock contributors: titles and keywords for a full upload session, exported as CSV.
- AI artists: prompts for a whole mood board, so a series keeps the same style words.
- Shops and bloggers: alt text and Pinterest descriptions for many images at once.
How batch mode works
- Choose the tone, number of prompts and number of keywords. They apply to every image.
- Drop up to 10 images (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 10 MB each).
- Click Generate all. All images are analysed at the same time, and a progress bar shows how far along you are.
- Open any image to see and copy its prompts, title and keywords.
- If an image fails, click Retry on just that one.
CSV downloads for stock sites
| Download | Columns | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Adobe Stock CSV | Filename, Title, Keywords (max 49), Category, Releases | Adobe Stock contributor CSV upload |
| Shutterstock CSV | Filename, Description, Keywords (max 50), Categories, Editorial, Mature content, illustration | Shutterstock metadata CSV upload |
| Full CSV | Filename, Title, Keywords, Prompt 1–5 | Spreadsheets, your own records, other sites |
The file names in the CSV match your original files, which is how stock sites match the metadata to your uploads. Titles are shortened to one sentence. Fill in categories and releases on the stock site, and always check each agency’s current CSV format before a large upload.

- Generate all, then open each result and remove keywords that don’t fit.
- Download the CSV and upload it in the contributor portal after your images.
- Review titles once more on the stock site before submitting.

Limits and fair use
- Up to 10 images per batch, 10 MB each.
- Guests get 10 free conversions, and each image in a batch counts as one (failed images don’t count). A free account removes the guest limit.
- Logged-in users get every result saved to the dashboard.
Tips for better batches
- Group similar images together so one tone and keyword count suits them all.
- Use clear, well-lit images. Tiny thumbnails give vague results.
- Rename files before uploading. Descriptive file names also help image SEO.

Frequently asked questions
How many images can I upload at once?
Up to 10 images per batch. When a batch is done you can clear it and start another.
Do I need an account for batch mode?
No. Guests can use their 10 free conversions in batch mode, one per image. A free account removes the guest limit and saves every result.
Are the CSV files ready for Adobe Stock and Shutterstock?
They follow the columns each site uses for metadata CSV uploads, with file names, titles and keywords filled in. Add categories and releases yourself, and check the current format on the site.
What happens if one image fails?
The other images still finish. Each image is retried automatically up to three times; if it still fails, click Retry on that image.
Can I use different settings for each image?
All images in a batch share the same tone, prompt count and keyword count. Run a second batch for images that need different settings.
Is batch mode free?
Yes. Batch mode is part of the free tool.
