- You may use the generated prompts, titles and keywords for any lawful purpose, including commercial work and stock uploads.

- Uploading illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights.

- Trying to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass usage limits.
5. AI output
Results are generated automatically and can be inaccurate. Check titles and keywords before submitting them to stock sites, and make sure any image you create respects copyright, trademarks and the rules of the AI platform you use. See our Disclaimer.
6. Accounts
Keep your password safe and your email address up to date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Our site and brand
The ph-imetix name, logo, site design and written guides belong to us. You may link to and quote short parts of our guides with credit.
8. No warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
