How to write a great support request

A complete first message means a faster, more useful answer.

What you were doing: For example: “Uploading a JPG on the Adobe Stock keyword page”.
What you expected: “49 keywords and a title.”
What actually happened: The exact error message, or a screenshot.
Your setup: Browser and device, for example Chrome on Android.
When it happened: The approximate date and time help us find it in our logs.

Example problem report

Subject: [Problem report] Keywords not showing
I was uploading a JPG (2 MB) on the stock keyword page with 49 keywords selected.
I expected a title and 49 keywords, but I saw "The AI service is busy" three times in a row.
Browser: Chrome on Android. Time: today around 3 pm.

Every message is read by a person, not an auto-responder.

Privacy and data requests

You are in control of your data.

Get a copy: ask for a copy of the personal data linked to your account.
Correct it: ask us to fix your email address or display name, or change your display name yourself in your dashboard.
Delete it: delete single results in your dashboard, or ask us to delete your whole account.

Please write from the email address of your account so we can verify it’s you. We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Support questions

How fast do you reply?

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Problem reports and account issues are answered first.

Do you offer phone or live chat support?

Not at the moment. Email is the best way to reach us, and it lets us look into your issue properly before we answer.

I didn’t get the email after signing up.

Check your spam or promotions folder and wait a few minutes. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us from the same address and we’ll help.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. You can delete individual saved results yourself in your dashboard at any time.

The tool says the AI service is busy. What should I do?

Wait a minute and try again, or try a smaller image. If it keeps happening, report it with the time and the browser you use.

Can I suggest a new feature?

Yes, please do. Use the “Feature ideas” link above. Many of our improvements come from user suggestions.

Can I write about ph-imetix or list it in my directory?
