1. Who we are
This policy explains how ph-imetix (“we”, “us”) at https://ph-imetix.com handles information when you use our image to prompt tools. Contact: ph-imetix@ph-imetix.com.
2. Summary
- Your image is used only to generate prompts, titles and keywords.
- We don’t publish, share or sell your images.
- Images are never stored in your history. Logged-in users: only the generated text is saved, and you can delete it.
- No advertising cookies.
3. Images you upload
- When you click Generate, your image is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our backend and an AI service, only to produce your results.
- Very large images are resized in your browser before upload.
- Your images are not published, shared or sold, and they are not stored in your history. Only the generated text is saved, and only if you are logged in.
- Please don’t upload images containing sensitive personal information or images you don’t have the right to use.
4. Account information
If you create an account we store your email address, a securely hashed password, an optional display name and your generation history (prompts, titles, keywords, tone, number of variants and date). You can delete any saved result yourself in your dashboard.
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and show your account.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use only what the site needs. Your browser’s local storage keeps:
- your login session (only if you have an account),
- your theme choice and chosen number of keywords,
- the guest counter of free conversions used on this device.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or ads in future, we will update this policy first.
6. Service providers
We rely on Hostinger (website hosting), Supabase (accounts, database and the backend function that processes your image) and an AI provider that analyses your image. They process data only to provide these services to us.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Each user can only see and delete their own history. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. How long we keep data
Your saved history stays until you delete it or ask us to delete your account. The guest counter stays in your own browser and you can clear it at any time.
9. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing us from your account address. We respond within 30 days. Individual results can be deleted in your dashboard at any time.
10. Children
ph-imetix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
